Rhea Knives are hand forged in the manner of
old world craftsmanship. I use several steels in the blade
construction. I make hunting knives primarily, but also enjoy making
Bowie knives.
This knife is my first for the Fisk
Micro Show. It has a 9 1/4 inch blade of W2 steel edge quenched.
The over all length is 13 3/4 inches. The fittings are
silicon bronze and stainless steel. The handle is a nice
piece of Sambar Stag that had a lot of popcorn on it. Too
much for comfort, so I knocked the tops of the popcorn off and
it made a nice contrast of light to dark, while leaving enough
texture for a good grip. It will come with a nice Kenny
Rowe sheath.
