Rhea Knives are hand forged in the manner of
old world craftsmanship. I use several steels in the blade
construction. I make hunting knives primarily, but also enjoy making
Bowie knives.
This knife is for the person that
wants a tough, all-around, useful, no-frills knife. I
picture it being used to skin the game, slice the bacon and
butter the toast. The one is Damascus, but it can be
forged from any of my steels. It has a lanyard hole for
handy hanging around the campfire. This handle is a
mortised construction, which I prefer in my hunters.
