Rhea Knives are hand forged in the manner of
old world craftsmanship. I use several steels in the blade
construction. I make hunting knives primarily, but also enjoy making
Bowie knives.
The blade is differentially heat
treated and is forged from 256 layers of L-6 and 1095. The
construction is "through tang" with the tang secured with a nut
against the pommel.
