Rhea Knives are hand forged in the manner of old world craftsmanship.  I use several steels in the blade construction.  I make hunting knives primarily, but also enjoy making Bowie knives.

Comments:      This knife is patterned after an early American knife that was popular before the Civil War.  One major difference is that I used Damascus for the blade.  This is my Damascus which is 192 layer ladder pattern.  The handle has a lot of flash to it with the escutcheon plates, pommel and pins of nickel/silver.
I really think a sheath that has a silver throat and tip would be appropriate for this knife.  I plan on taking a course for that in the near future.  I'll comment more in the "Events" section about the course.
If you want to buy this one, be ready to arm-wrestle my wife
