Rhea Knives are hand forged in the manner of
old world craftsmanship. I use several steels in the blade
construction. I make hunting knives primarily, but also enjoy making
Bowie knives.
This knife is a medium sized
Bowie/Fighter with a little sprucing up. The blade is my
Damascus-in-Ladder pattern, the file work is a climbing vine
(use your imagination), and the wood is some I got from
Australia. I like this wood. It has a great luster
while keeping a grippy surface due to the small pores.
