Rhea Knives are hand forged in the manner of
old world craftsmanship. I use several steels in the blade
construction. I make hunting knives primarily, but also enjoy making
Bowie knives.
I have new appreciation for Bill
Moran's attention to design and detail. This is a well balance
knife despite the length of blade. It has a nice distal taper.
The wire is jewelry grade fine Silver and was interesting to
inlay. I do intend to do more of the inlay on some future
knives. The price variance would allow for most patterns of wire
inlay and is to give you a "ball park" in case you are
interested in ordering one similar.
